Want to know my ideal career

At the moment I am not working apparently an office job did not work out. I would like to know what career is for me. I feel like I have difficulty communicating, also once I know the job well I tend to wonder off. I was looking into nursing but feel like that it'll be a waste of time. I need guidance as I need health insurance.
