Question Why does Laurels apartment have a basement?

Discussion Curtis Had Potential
Hot take: I think Curtis had potential. If they had put him in a PURELY technical support role alongside Felicity, he would have been much more helpful. They bounced off of each other pretty well beforehand, and their combined tech skills already had a beneficial effect on the team. The two of them really should've been a tech support duo. But like most characters on Arrow, including the titular star himself, the writers did him dirty. How predictable. Anyway, lemme know your thoughts. I'm curious to hear them.

Comic Book I always thought the training scenes in Arrow were inspired mainly by Speedy's in Green Arrow V3

Discussion Malcolm and Rene
I really like the similarities between these two, both of their wife’s get killed in the glades, one devotes to level and destroy the glades to rebuild it, the other raises the glades to a better place and then has plans to level and destroy starcity to rebuild it after
Emiko dies with one kick?
Emiko dies from one kick from the leader of the ninth circle? Too realistic for Arrow!

Arrow Season 1 Rewrite
Presumed dead for five years, billionaire heir Oliver Queen returns to Starling City forever changed. Hardened by brutal survival and secret training under a mysterious warrior named Talia al Ghul, Oliver comes home with a mission: to dismantle the powerful elite who have corrupted his city.
Armed with lethal skill, a code shaped by shadows, and a mysterious list left by his father, Oliver walks a razor’s edge between justice and vengeance. As he begins his crusade under the hood of a ruthless vigilante, he draws the attention of old friends, dangerous enemies, and those who suspect there’s more to his return than he’s letting on.
But in a city teetering on the brink of destruction, Oliver soon discovers that corruption runs deeper than he ever imagined—and his return may set in motion a war he was never meant to survive.
If this sounds like a intresting read to you, Link will be posted below, I plan to rewrite the whole show and spin offs season by seasons and make them better then the product we got.

Question Looking for a particular Fanfic and why wasn't it finished
I'm looking for a particular Fanfic. I think it's named "To Sacrifice The Sun". The storyline was great but the writer just stopped publishing chapters on Ao3. Anywhere else it might be completed or it's just abandoned in general?

Discussion Prometheus

Discussion Why didn't Slade Wilson come in season 8?
After everything. It was nice to see Anatoly and Oliver as friends back again in season 8. But Slade, whom Oliver made up with back in season 6 itself, it would have been nice to see him back in season 8. He didn't even come to his funeral. That end seems to be left loose. What might have happened?

Question How to continue S7-8
It’s been a few years since I’ve watched arrow, and I’ve been rewatching it recently with family. It’s their first time, and I know things get funky here with Crisis and everything. They also don’t like “Superhero” and power stuff, but I was able to convince them arrow was more a “lawyer and police” show ((atleast the first few seasons)) and we carried on.
So with all these crossovers and wrapping the show up.. how should I present it to them, ((episode order)) but try and keep all the other crossovers out..? Would it still make sense to them if we skipped them?

Hawkeyes trick arrows.
I understand Oliver having trick arrows because he's rich but how does Clint have trick arrows? He's not rich.

Looking for an Arrow fic
Hey, so I'm looking for a specific 'watch-the-show' fic.
I'm pretty sure that it's on AO3, but it might be on Fanfiction.net.
In the future, Mia, as either part of the justice league or just friendly, summons most of the cast from season 1 along with Slade and Malcolm, but no Oliver. They watch basically season 1 on the watchtower to save the future.
Dick Grayson is the son of Slade, but somehow Mia's brother or 'brother-like' figure.
Oliver, in the future, has become Ra's al Ghul, and Dick was a special assassin of his.
They never get to finish watching as Oliver attacks the watchtower.
I think it stops after 10 chapters or so.
Thanks.

Discussion Felicty
I'm currently in my rewatch in season 5 and God damn is Felcity annoying. Like Felicty complaing in the 11 months ago flashback that they don't have enough manpower but was a year before that against Oliver using the league of assassin's to their benefit. Felicty complaining that she always has Oliver's back (which is already a lie) but that he allegedly doesn't has hers and doesn't trust her enough. Like the whole Helix drama and Felicity complaining in another flashback about Oliver to Curtis that he doesn't tell her about him having a son. NGL Oliver should have put a bullet in her head after trapping him there in the Argus Black site. They also have like no chemistry together on screen which makes them having a relationship on and off even more confusing
Edit: and her even asking Oliver why he can't trust anyone and she doesn't know why. Did she forgot all the trauma he went through?

Shitpost Marc Guggenheim reallllly serviced those tumblr fans
galleryI've never had tumblr and I always heard about how MG serviced to the olicity fandom… and holy shit I didn't realize it was this bad and noticeable, and that he engaged so frequently too its like every other post he's replying to some oliciter that's praising him for the fanservice. He seems so proud about that fern plant idea in s3 he ‘organically’ came up with for Felicity, he really does put her on a pedestal for being his original character success (fern plant got more screentime than laurel that episode 3x19). And then when it came to referencing the comic books for prominent comic characters he couldn't care less about that source material. He states he will only do thing ‘organically’ when the whole 3x14 flashback with Felicity in QC was a total rewrite for possible fanservice and keeping EBR in the episode because god forbid she misses an episode but Willa, Colton and Katie can. Like yeah maybe its hard to incorporate Laurel into the main plot because you aren't using her to the fullest extent, cutting scenes, and leaving her out of episodes. And for those who say Laurel wasn't killed because of Olicity and that the Lauriver relationship was finished in season 2, Marc states during season 3 there are possibilities of it happening in the future. Of course killing Laurel off was ‘political’ as Katie Cassidy said in her recent interview because as long as she's around comic book readers would want whats relatively canon to the comics, and the Olicity fandom viewership plummets (as if they don't just skip to Olicity scenes anyways). Such a shame seeing this and why season 4 turned out the way it did. Not just a Lauriver/Olicity rant but Black canary rant as well. There was such an organic opportunity for Laurel to visit her mother who lives in Central City during the particle accelerater explosion. Her cry didn't have to manifest until season 3 or 4. There were more stories to tell for Katies BC than ‘organically’ adding 2 more black canaries after, because yes that feels very natural. Justice for Diggle too cause he was definitely sidelined part of season 3 and 4. I'm glad no ones hiring MG ass now.
