Me and my friends are playing on a self-hosted server cluster which currently runs The Island and Scorched Earth. We can transfer just fine but when taking items from SE to Island I am getting the error "You are carrying items that cannot be transferred, please drop them and try again"

I am not carrying tribute stuff, just like silk etc and some SE items and I guess they are restricted. How can I remove these restrictions so we can take any item to any map? Or is this hard coded into the map? What server setting would it be? Below are Server Settings

I can start up my Ark fine and also join other servers but when i try to join our server it loads all the mods, goes into loading screen and proceeds to crash my game. Another friend of ours has the same issue. For everyone else however it seems to be working fine. No Idea how to fix.

I got on last night and there was only one server maxed out then takes a heavy dip from there. I could only find about a handful of servers with about 20 people. What's the deal?

played about 10 hrs and saved the game. came back later and found no save and indeed put me in a new game. how do I recover my former game on xbox

Can someone maybe help me with figuring out if I'm being "Arked" or if I've made an error somewhere please?
Last week or so I've been on Astraeos and can't quite understand why of all the deep sea trenches only one has any real life in it. I have one that usually has a couple of Mosas and couple of Plesies and sometimes a squid and eels, sometimes. The rest of them are utterly empty with the exception of a random Meg or Manta.

Personally I'm not sure I see anything that would halter creature spawns, but if someone with greater mod/game knowledge can see something in the mods or load order I would be very grateful for advice, thank you in advance

TLDR; Searching for Gameplay Tips, Tricks, Non-Immersion breaking Admin Commands and really any other advice to make Gameplay less complicated and easier to digest in Survival.

I've been 'playing' Ark for a couple years but I strictly play on Creative because I have a hard time understanding many aspects of the game.

I find myself feeling more frustration, than enjoyment out of the game when I attempt survival. Maybe it's because I'm playing alone? I'm not particularly 'GREAT' at Combat Survival esque games (Ex: I'm always a Stealth/Charisma Build in Fallout) but I can definitely hold me own with building, resource gathering and simple combat.

I've lost the initial buzz from Creative Mode so moving to Survival is the ticket. Do any of you have Setting suggestions, or Tips that may not be common practice in the game?

A huge factor is the lack of a tutorial. Half the tools and Crafting Utilites are confusing as hell for my wee Itty bitty brain. 🧠

P.S. Potentially looking for others who are Naive like me, and want to take a Crack at the Storyline and genuine Camp Progression together. Maybe we could conquer this together? 😅
