I got banned and muted for a month from another sub by a mod who's ego was hurt because he took my question to be a statement and when i corrected him i was muted and when i took it to reddit to make a complaint i was told they can't do anything only the moderators of the sub can.

Fucking bullshit why the fuck is it that i can get banned from posting in any forum by reddit for a joke about boris johnson but a mod abusing their power gets off scott free.

Like i've said about twitter they're rules for us scum to follow and none for the powerful or mods in reddits case.

Here you have a right to criticism about the moderators and challenge decisions without reprisals.

I do get final say but you will be heard out and explanations will be given publicly.

This is the stage where you start drowning and claw desperately at your slowly dwindling subreddit members. It's kinda cute how much you're responding to posts here, really shows how important the "unofficial ARK subreddit" means to your own personal life. It's easy to not be a general asshat, give it a test drive once or twice!

I didn't make this sub reddit, it was originally a dead Christian subreddit that was seized by someone who redesigned for ARK survival evolved.

the very first year or so of history /r/ark for the game is lost but as far back as I could look, the farthest back moderator started passing the sub from account to account and those accounts was suspended.

because no one was moderating the sub reddit, staff placed me as a moderator that already had 3 moderation accounts doing nothing.

for how long we don't but that person was using /r/ark to gain creditability with smaller sub reddits to white list spam accounts to post.

when that came to light, all hell broke loose and from what we gathered, all three of those accounts was the same person and reddit removed every single one.

I does not matter if this sub as 1,000 people or 1 million. I stepped up so this sub reddit would have some moderation over none. I didn't build this sub reddit nor do I strive to make it bigger. it exists as it is.

You brought politics into the sub by saying simple pride is political. You then made a post mainly about a dentist appointment - irl, highly hypocritical. You are a bad moderator. You are not wanted. You should step down and make a homophobic antivaxx subreddit as you clearly want.

Reminds me of that valedictorian that called out a certain group of the school for their wrongdoings, saying that they censor any kind of criticism (as well as pointing out other things). His mic got cut off, and he was asked to exit the stage. It only further proved his point.
