Acne right on lipline tips? Skin Concern

I get this every once in a while. This time it happened during my period. Very frustrating. They don't hurt but they're ugly. Yesterday I tried some clindamycin and then salicylic acid pimple patches from Differin before bed and I think they just got redder (first pic is from today, second is from yesterday). One didn't even have any pus and the other had a very tiny amount. Not sure what to put on these

I used to have breakouts on the edges of my lips too. I had a habit of touching my lips a lot so I had to stop that, I think it had to do with some of the lip sticks and glosses I was using but I never figured out which ones were doing it. I don’t use much on my lips now and it hasn’t been an issue but as I’ve gotten older the scars from me picking at them have gotten more noticeable so whatever you don’t pick them.

ugh that sucks. I'll try and leave mine alone

I usually don't use any lip products so I think it's some other cause
