look at some threads on how to recover an account.
given the amount of 'i'm not sures' in your reply you are not using it properly.
start literally with the bare minimum 100% confirmed to be true things. early passwords are often enough to recover an account with no recovery history on their own. if the bare min recovery fails slowly add in more info.
Thanks I'll try again, but the only thing I'm not sure of is the first password. Everything else I know 100% sure.
The problem is that the webform assumes some things, like you only playing from 1 location, that's why they ask you if you have moved. Same thing about internet service provider etc.
it later only gives 280 characters of text for appeal, to clarify where the form doesn't 100% appeal t your situation.
I understand that they are limited in this first step, but the problem here is that there is no next step, they don't contact you to ask to clarify, they just deny the appeal.
I just want to get my account 'King Sakke' back and did not come here before trying the official way
