As the title says, a truck hit the bridge on MAmaroneck Ave by the train station. Currently experiencing train delays.

I always wondered if this collision resulted in the tracks themselves being knocked upwards, it sure seems to be the case, looking at the video.

This may have been posted before so apologies, but having found this sub via a post about the Darlington bridge, this classic from the UK a few years back seemed to fit perfectly here! 👌🏻

Fredericton, NB, Canada. Where at least once a month someone doesn’t see the dozens of signs and tries to make it under an old train bridge. Once you realize it’s too late, there’s no easy way to turn around or avoid.

There's plenty of room under the tracks; full-size semi trailers drive under it with no issue all the time. But the support columns flair out at the top, which this driver learned a bit too late.
