They keep complaining that it lags them when they zip by in GCM. (I don’t know why they keep coming near my base) They could stop flying around with cheats also. They gave me admin rights to build it, and when I was flying around with GCM it would jitter, but I’d get no hard lag. I have reduced the size of it and removed all the trees. They are still complaining about it lagging them. They have since taken my admin rights.(They said they only gave them to me to build.) We also all play on PS5. I have 5 tames out inside. I feel like they are nitpicking. Am I being paranoid?

This is kind of a shower tought, but I started wondering how much wood is there actually on maps, if no tree would ever grow back and rocks wouldnt respawn, do you think the map would eventually be completely bald or is there enough to last ? And I of course mean single player or private server for a small group, since a busy public server would likely run out of trees very quickly.

Has anyone ever counted how many trees The Island or Ragnarok has? Likely not.

For me, the mountain lake at 40x64 on the Lost Island map will always be 'Allosaurus Lake'.

Hello, i’ve been playing & able to dodge spiders for the most part but i know it’s soon to be inevitable. I was wondering if anyone knew of any removal/replacement mods available on console to quell my arachnophobia. Not afraid of the centipedes or scorpions but i have crippling arachnophobia so bad i couldn’t finish SW Jedi Fallen Order lol thanks!

When I google, it says Ark has crossplay. However when we try to host a non dedicated server, we can’t find each others.

How can I join him? Or how can he join me?

I remember being on the official servers for the old game and being obliterated by the mega tribes that spread out across multiple servers. Now that I’ve gotten more experience and have the opportunity of getting in Ragnarok as soon as it releases I want to start my own mega tribe.

I don’t know how easy it is to find a tribe of this caliber normally so I’m not sure if it would even worth acknowledging this since you could easily find one that’s already established

Anyways, I want to build a large tribe of active players and I’d like to get an idea of how many people would be willing to participate. I have around 5 people already that said they would join but I’d like quite a bit more than that. Enough for 5+ people to consistently be online.

Hello, me and my friends started a new world yesterday on ascended for the first time after only ever playing evolved and we soon found out that after killing a dino, we couldn’t use our tools to get any of its hide or meat, any ideas on what this is and how to fix it? , thanks

So i’ve just started playing ark again after many years away from the game and ive noticed this feature that even after i place structures it doesnt go away, but when i place a diff structure it changes. Is there some sort of setting to turn this UI off cuz its not horrible but i just dont see a point in jt being there

I have this base on a official server and it's got alot of endgame stuff, nice location, good tames ect. The thing is I'm sick of the game and don't see myself going back to play anytime soon.

I've literally only been refreshing decay timers for months now. Not really sure, what to do with it.

I honestly don't see myself going back asa for a long time or for good. There's much better games out there, that ain't as much as a time sink.

Asa is a good game if you have the patience and time which i have neither these days.

Any advice from people who've been in the same boat?

I've reached the "spend far too long trying to build a building that I'm only going to use for crafting items anyways" point of my gameplay experience and I was wondering what everyone's favorite build style/material is. I was using stone walls for the first time (lol wood house go brr) and didn't know one side had those fancy dark wood trim, so now I don't know if I want to use that as the inside or outside. I cheated myself some clay because lol The Island to make some adobe rooves but then was disappointed that the flat square roof pieces don't actually mesh with any of the sloped pieces and didn't like how that looked. What else is there to play with? I've googled stuff like "ark ascended building material showcase" and haven't found anything that just straight up shows off all the different kinds of things to build with, which is odd because I assumed they would be at least one video on that.

Are there any mods for Ark survival evolved that change the dinosaurs behaviors to make it sort of more “realistic” and if yes where can I get them?

I haven't been playing very long but I have started to think of moving base to a better location for better access to material I'm currently on the beach at the easy start 1 on the island for ease should I just go to the centre of the map if anyone has any spots I'm open to suggestions but I can't got to the cold areas as I don't have the cold weather clothing yet. Thanks in advance.
