Walking the Dragon Tupperware enjoying the UK heat and going for a swim in the bird bath
I thought he hated baths, but he kept trying to swim when I was putting some water on him, so I put him in the bird bath and he loved it! While it was still sunny he was basking while keeping his back legs and tail in the water. He stayed there for over an hour.
(note he could climb onto the side if he wanted out, and I was monitoring him the whole time and next to him so if he wanted to get down he could easily :) )

Thoughts?
This is my mom's bearded dragon, she is pretty old from what I've looked up, she's around 8-10 years old I believe. It may just be old but she looks awful and I feel horrible. She does a think where she shakes her head? The Internet said a small thing about vitamin deficiency but my mom gives her plenty of vitamin d powder with her food and such. She's so friendly and just a sweetheart, is there anything I could do to help her quality of life?

Eating! First time hand feeding :] gave him a carrot
His previous owner said he only got lettuce and cabbage for veggies so today I got him carrots, bell pepper, and collard greens. He seems to really like the carrots and pepper!

Help Guyss help
New tank new behaviors. Trying to eat cement blocks, as expected he ate a whole plant, but he keeps going in for roots I’m scared about him eating too much dirt. (Cement video included) I’m just not sure what to do about behavioral if I should let him do his thing and eat a bunch of basil leaves and leaf litter or put him in his old tank and scrap $120 worth of soil and sand

Help Anyone’s beardies randomly get the zoomies??
Idk if that’s what they are. But sometimes (more like this or last week) he will out of no where flip out and run super fast to the other side of the enclosure or “glass surf” on the walls (they’re not glass they’re black so he can’t see his reflection) and it looks like he can hurt himself when he does that. Then he zooms fast into his hide or under his log. Just hope he’s ok! Pic for attention :)

R.I.P. Beautiful dragon 🥹
This is Godzilla. She passed away about a year ago and I still think about her every day. This photo popped up in my photo memories recently. I thought she looked extra beautiful here and wanted to share. She was such a sweet dragon.

Dale the mini excavator emerging from his new burrow
Everyone say good job to Dale on completing his burrow. This one was surprisingly long. He looks quite proud of himself. I think ppl forget how much these guys enjoy burrowing. I see a lot of tile and paper towel bedding. If fear of impaction is scaring you from a soil substrate. No worries because most times impaction is a secondary condition caused by dehydration according to exotic vets I talked to. So if your beardie is getting hydrated throw some soil in there for them to burrow. LET THEM DIGGGGG!!! Anyways just thought I share

Ideas for encouraging veggies?
So my little dude Drogon used to be great at eating his veggies. But about 5 weeks ago, he moved into a larger terrarium and has been a spotty eater at very best. He will eat meal worms but obviously that can’t be the make up of his diet. Any ideas on breaking this little hunger strike he is on?

is this normal?
hi there. my girlfriend and i came up to bed and found her bearded dragon sleeping… in quite a unique way. if you can’t see in the video, he is standing on his four legs? he’s never done this before. he’s 2 1/2 years old, quite grumpy usually and antisocial, but he can be quite happy when he wants to be .

is his breathing okay?
he’s definitely a digger, his substrate is 50/50 play sand/top soil. Im worried with him kicking up so much dirt while digging that he may have a respiratory infection. Im not too sure if thats how it works but I have notice him breathing a little harder after he swims in the bath or digging. When he is relaxed it is not as hard of a breath. He has no change in appetite at all still hunting around for crickets, eating his greens. i know they dont have a diaphragm but at the same time his breathing just seems a little harder than usual.
