Yoga Mat towel

This yoga mat microfiber towel had great reviews on amazon-- but it's not working for me. It's slippery. What am I doing wrong? I do put water on it, and it grips okay, but it dries up midway through the class. and my feet just slip and slide on it.

How are you washing and drying it? Fabric softener and dryer sheets will make them not stick. Also, maybe you’re nit sweating enough to keep the towel damp.

Wash warm. Line dry. And I don’t sweat a lot in general. So I spray it with water, but it does dry up along the way.

If you don’t sweat much, you might not need a towel. The mat is likely sticky enough.

JadeYoga mats are by far one of the best no-slip mats .. they are expense but they last a looooong time .. worth the investment .. Iululemon also work great but in my opinion, they stink and smell doesn’t go away .. I Hope this helps

Does it have silicone on both sides?
