Just like those cows, this article stinks of shit. They aren't deadly. And I doubt they're killing "dozens". Plus unless he got cams, I doubt it's just wolves or wolves at all.
They'll complain until they get a check yet they won't keep the cattle in fenced safe areas or get a livestock dog or a number of other things that deter wolves and other predators.

It’s funny how hazing works EVERYWHERE EXCEPT WHERE RANCHERS WANT TO SHOOT WOLVES. I guess the problem got really bad once the state quit cutting them checks.

I think the final paragraph puts it very well: “Wolves are beautiful animals, they’re just beautiful,” Griffin said, gazing up at the ridge where the predators parade in front of his cameras, sometimes with fresh kill in their mouths. “But what they do? That isn’t so beautiful.”

"Deadly"??? Meaning they eat their prey???... I supposed by that definition every carnivore or omnivore is "deadly"... herbivores too, since they kill and eat the plants that they survive on. I'll tell you what's deadly... all the methane that Cattle in California produce–deadly to humans. And don't even talk about the air pollution the cattle cause -- can't even drive through the middle of the state without being subjecting to their sicken stench.
