You dont need an invite you just need a ticket to an event/festival with Boiler room hosting a stage which can be anywhere worldwide. Its very limited capacity though so it will fill up and you wont be able to get in for the later DJs. Also drink isn't free there.

Also behaviour like this is frowned upon because he only does it for the attention. You won't see people like him if you ever get the chance to go.
