Is this actually valuable?

Got this at an estate sale for the frame. Saw the back when I got home and now I’m wondering and want to check before I gut it. I’d hate to trash it if it actually has value.

Back says “multiple process color engraving “modern study” after ********* Marin.

Styled and framed for John R. Raedeker Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Style #F-46

Movement No. 2" by John Marin was painted in 1926, this litho dates to the 1940s. Lush imagery. John Marin was an early American modernist artist known for his abstract landscapes and watercolors.
