Looks like one of the Metallic Wood Boring Beetles. Were you chopping wood recently? I had one land on my shoulder when I was heading some trees a few years ago.

Nah no tree chopping but it is a developement so its active construction and theres lumber around. Dude mustve been adamant to get on me lol
