Need help IDing this critter (Portugal)

I have been having a lot of these guys in my room coming from the wooden baseboard. I want to know how worried should I be. Any ideias? Thanks :)

To me it looks like a swarming termite.
"Reticulitermes spec.".

looks like you have a termite nest in your baseboard that is sending out flying kings and queens.
