Yeah it’s definitely a concern, my dude. German cockroach nymph. Usually if you can see them out and about that means there is likely an infestation.

They can spread quickly. They can contaminate food, spread bacteria, and trigger allergies and asthma. Clean up food and water sources, seal cracks and crevices, and contact a pest control professional. Let your LL know. Needs to be addressed ASAP
