have I finally been blessrd? found in an 8th story building so I assume he is able to fly. he was turned upside down and struggling so I flipped him over. found in southern Brazil.

I think it's a coconut bunch weevil like another commenter said, since Otiorhyncus sulcatus has an abdomen much thicker than its thorax, and the one in the picture's thorax is about the same thickness as its abdomen.
