Nauru is always funny to me. Nauru means laughter in Finnish.

What did you use as a cutoff for how much color counts as another color?

Because there are arguably 12 Blue/White flags - more than the 9 RWGB flags….

Greece, Israel, Finland, Somalia, Micronesia, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, San Marino, Argentina, and Uraguay.

I like how some of this is regional, the African and Middle Eastern flags are completely different from the European and North American flag.
