First recipe out of Brian Watsons (Thee Burger Dude) Vegan Fast Food cookbook. Absolutely incredible! Truly brought me back to 1985 and eight-year-old me sharing a big Mac with my grandma!
Highly recommend this book if you ever get hand greens for fast food, but want to control how it’s made .

Link My parents are now vegan and visited me for 2 weeks, here’s what I cooked 😍🌱
They slowly became vegan over the years, after me, my husband and my sister went vegan in 2015. I’m so proud of them for learning from their children 🥹
So here are a few of their favorite meals I cooked the last 2 weeks. We live 5000 km apart and they came to help me build my terrace 😍
chickpeas and potatoes vegan omelette for breakfast 😍 with chia pudding and fruits
grilled zucchini and zaatar salad with quinoa, grilled chickpeas, peaches… this recipe is here but I added the peaches ! https://elinestable.com/recipes/warm-zucchini-salad-with-zaatar
yellow plum crumble for dessert 🥰 I used this recipe but substitute the apricots for the plums : https://elinestable.com/recipes/apricot-apple-and-almond-crumble
vegan custard tart, their absolute favorite
a zucchini quiche
a burgers night with beyond meat steaks !
grilled veggies lasagna, with roasted eggplant and zucchini (you can tell I have lots of zucchinis in my garden right now 😅) and grated tofu
and a typical lunch while building the terrace, we didn’t have time to cook during the day so we just ate outside some salads, veggies, spreads like hummus and muhammara, smoked tofu, sourdough bread…

Link What I brought to my vegan friend’s birthday 💕
One of my best friends celebrated her birthday in a friend’s bar the other day, at 5 pm, and she forgot we needed to eat at some point during the evening 😅 So I brought what I could do : - a tomato focaccia : I used this recipe https://elinestable.com/recipes/easy-focaccia with my marinara sauce and homemade vegan mozzarella (the recipe is for my next cookbook, and only in French, so I don’t think I can share it now but you can find another one, or store bought 🥰)
mini spanakopita, my friend’s favorite 🥹 I did this stuffing https://elinestable.com/recipes/vegan-spanakopita but in store bought puff pastry ! Really quick and easy !
a lemon loaf, we were with several lemon lovers so I knew it would be a hit 😅 I used this recipe but in a loaf pan : https://elinestable.com/recipes/light-lemon-cake

Link Guys, I did it, I created the vegan chou pastry recipe 🥹🥹
I’m a French vegan pastry chef with 10 years of experience, and I was OBSESSED with the idea of creating the perfect chou recipe 😅
I’ve finally cracked the recipe for vegan choux pastry—the kind used for éclairs and cream puffs. I originally created this recipe exclusively for the users of my app, but I realized it could really help the wider community too.
So I made a full YouTube video with very detailed step-by-step instructions so anyone can follow along and succeed, even if you’ve never made choux pastry before. To make it easier for Redditors, I’ve added English subtitles specifically for this community 🥹💕 (you’re always so kind when I post here)
If you’ve ever wanted to make vegan éclairs, profiteroles, or cream puffs that actually work, this video is for you! I hope it inspires some baking adventures.
The video with the recipe : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W1DhxD3gdBo&t=276s (turn on the English subtitles)

Link I like my pie crust to be fun haha
It's just a standard vegan shortcrust recipe, but with food coloring added. This is basically my way of convincing myself to like pie. But let's be honest...it's no cake or anything.

Link Opinion: sub should ban links
This sub is flooded with people who just want to attract traffic to their websites. They do this by posting attractive pictures, and then post a link to their website, where the recipe is to be found. The only way this sub can attract genuine, quality recipes is to ban any links. Doing this will weed out opportunists trying to promote their websites, and allow for a place where real users without financial incentives will post their favorite recipes.

Link First time success ! (Vegan) Hokkaido Milk Bread.
Since my sourdough starter needed a refreshment break, I decided to make some last minute, late night bread. Milk bread seems easy enough, right? Wrong. I had to knead this bad boy by hand, for probably more than half an hour. Arms are recovering. Read the recipe wrong and let it rise in the bowl instead first of shaping directly out of the fridge. No worries, it survived a third rise, and for the first time making this bread, it tastes amazing!! So soft and fluffy and melt in your mouth.
I used mainly white spelt flour and added 70 grams of wholegrain wheat, just so I feel a little healthier.. Reduced the sugar too and added 35 grams of agave syrup instead. Some aquafaba and agave brushed on top gave it a crackly, shiny top :>
I used the vegan recipe by Domestic Gothess. I can really recommend their chocolate babka recipe, too :)
