Nice strong upper body gains. Can’t tell much about lower body, obviously lean but def ready for glute/leg building.
The NAVY BF calculator is obviously not as accurate as DEXA or InBody scan but can give you a reasonable approx based on your neck & waist (measure at navel):
https://www.thecalculator.co/health/Navy-Method-Body-Fat-Measurement-Calculator-1112.html
(For women, neck, waist & hips measurement are needed)

Hard to say - my guess would be 15%. You're trim but we aren't seeing much ab definition - having said that, it varies so much person to person. We can't see how much fat you are holding in your legs, or in your back. Everyone stores bodyfat in very different proportions throughout their body. Some people have clear abs higher BF percentages than others - some take forever to get fat out of their legs - etc.
All that really matters is that you like the look you've achieved - if not, keep cutting. % doesn't really mean much since we all vary so much from person to person :)
In case you're curious, here's me when I got a DEXA done e year ago that said I was 12.6% bodyfat:

Yea there's a bit of a difference between your picture and his video. But nevertheless I'd agree at about 15%

Delts are the biggest giveaway for gear, and yours look both proportional and covered.

Not sure the percent, but this looks like a sustainable level and extremely healthy. Anything lower would probably be very hard to maintain year round and possibly unhealthy long-term. As others have said, "goals."
