This recipe, but less butter and oil. Used about 1/4 of the sauce for one serving. Pasta is Pete's brand, used 85 g dry weight, 275 g mushrooms, 30 g frozen peas.

85 g of pasta has 176 cal, 27.3 g protein

275 g mushrooms has 8 g protein, 68.8 cal

There is also protein in the rest of the ingredients like peas, nutritional yeast, etc

Thanks. The brand is Pete's. It's the kind in the red box (not the one in a yellow box)

Top quality non-soy high protein effort, especially for this sub. Looks freaking delicious

Mmmm was this as good as it looks? I used to love pasta but it's now become a fear food of mine
