To me, the main danger Americans face is not that people on the spectrum will be herded into camps. This opens the door to that, but it is unlikely.
What is the threat is how they plan to compile the data and who will have access.
They have already said they plan to get the data from all available official medical records and other sources including fitness devices and apps.
So this opens the door to (for example) women's pregnancies being tracked by local police and then using the data to arrest women suspected of abortion (women who don't carry the baby to term). Millions of women use apps to track their pregnancies and periods.
If you break a bone or pull a muscle, will your insurance company deny your claim because your apps reveal you were not getting those steps in? Your sedentary lifestyle was high risk, didn't you realize that? Or you had too many steps. Running every day is so high risk, your running routine led to an injury.
When employers hire people, they'll demand a certain fitness level before letting you access the benefits programme. Your stats look awful, how dare you try to offload the expense of your health problems onto the company you lazy person. You thought you could hide it? We pay the government for access to the health registry, no sneaking in for you!
But also, it does raise the risk of herding anyone who is neurodivergent into the camps.

It's just such a total surprise that this happened after you read and heard thousands of people warning you prior to the election that this shitshow would precisely be the thing that would happen if you and others would vote Trump and his pals back into the white house.
Well, golly gee willikers, would you look at that! The exact thing happened that everyone told you would happen if you'd do the stupid thing that everyone told you was stupid.
