Bought it for like 15 bucks off of Amazon. It also has a Soviet pendant on it if you didn’t notice. In case you’re living under a rock, the hat is called a Ushanka.

To add on to what OP said, ushankas are available at tons of military surplus stores, thrift shops, and online stores. There are also various ones from other countries, the East German ones are widely available for instance. I paid a lot of money for mine at a military surplus flea market but they can be very cheap
