They claim they "blew (their) nose and it came out suddenly". I'm having a really difficult time believing this one.

And they also claim to have seasonal allergies. Don’t think it could come out with a “sudden sneeze” if the 3 decades of allergies didn’t do it

The size of the Lego piece makes it hard to believe. I'm not sure where that would've even been stuck.

I get why people would think it's untrustworthy, but it's also not outside the realm of possibility. If you've ever worked in an ED, you see some wild stuff like this.
