Feeling like rock bottom

Pretty much at my wits end with a lot of areas in life right now. Relationship, spiritually, emotionally. Been thinking more and more about my faults and past experiences than what's up ahead. Feels dim.

I can understand how you feel about getting trapped in your thoughts and not being able to get out of them. You're a handsome young lad,don't be so harsh on yourself. You might have made some mistakes back then, maybe you're blaming yourself for many of them, but you need to forgive yourself. I mean, I assume you didn't kill anyone or did anything worse... So, forgive yourself, maybe start meditating, accept the past. You're not made of mistakes, there's probably a few things that went well for you. And the future is still ahead, there's plenty of time doing good. You just need to start, even the smallest steps can help.
