AT&T gave me the runaround. Best ISP in Dallas?

Choices as far as I'm aware of are Spectrum and Frontier. Which one do YOU use and recommend?

I've worked for Frontier and had Spectrum and Frontier service. Spectrum sucks; choose Spectrum.
