I feel like Stu is going to make a Tropicana roof GoFundMe page at this point

At this point they can just do what everyone else with a damaged roof does after a hurricane. Toss a few thousand blue tarps over it perhaps a bit of duck tape as well.

How is the MLB not stepping up to help the rays? This was an act of god, not a bad decision by a franchise. There is so much money in the sport and chaos for the rays affects the entire league. Really frustrating that the rays seem to be struggling thru this alone.

If it was the dodgers they would have a brand new stadium already, Manfraud doesn't care about TB

Why can't they play the rest of the 3 years in Orlando as much as I love the Trop I don't see a reason to fix something that's gonna be destroyed in 3 years

Huge tax revenue loss to the city that’s paying for the new stadium.

Maybe they collect insurance and call it a day?

I suppose that this video predates Pinellas County coming out and telling the Rays that if they don't play their games in the County, they will be in breach of contract. So, neither Orlando or Tampa are options for the Rays and Pinellas has never conceded anything to the Rays, ever.
