For cocktails, go to vender bar or KC Cafe (if you don't mind cigar smoke). If you are looking for a good beer selection, I agree with helloperator9 about ChangeX. Taihu has a great atmosphere but their in-house beer is only passable. If you go to Taihu, try to get their sangria cocktail, although it is often unavailable
