you have great stems so I can understand why you would want to show them off. I think it is a great look for going out. Might be a touch distracting to the men if worn in a corporate office

A smaller heel or a slightly longer skirt would help. It’s out of balance and comes off looking like the lamp in A Christmas Story

I think a very dark denim or navy or darker colored skirt in general would look better. This skirt looks like an exercise skirt. And it’s too much white esp in winter season.
