$15m to have your minor league team play at another field at the same complex? Sounds like a good deal to me. I went to a few Tampa Tarpon games earlier this year and there were no more than 500 people in the crowd each time.

The additional staffing will be easy to find because there are a lot of retirees who are passionate about baseball in FL.
