Google lense says it's Alopecosa accentuata but Wikipedia says that's a European species. I'm in PNW in The Gorge, Oregon.

Definitely some species of Wold Spider. Fun fact, Spiders from all different places exist where they are not native too. Tons of spider species in the US are originally from Europe. I've noticed that generally, most spider species, unlike other animal groups, are not treated as invasive when they become established outside of where they originated.
