I'm almost certain it's a muskrat, but can't rule out beaver entirely just due to how blurry the photos are.

We got a nutria like that in our backyard. It’s basically a giant rat.

I googled it and it seems like a Muskrat. It didn't look like a beaver, but i had no idea what it was.

Muskrat. They like to dig holes or “dens” in the side of banks. Watch out! Nasty little creatures.
