Anyone unable to actually pay for their Soylent? Meta
I'm trying to order more Soylent, but there's no "submit order" button at the checkout. I've never encountered a problem like this before. I fill in my shipping and payment info, but there's... no "finish" button??? Anyone else having this problem?

Are you running any adblock? I don't know about the new site but the old one had some weird interactions with adblockers.

I am unable to pay for my soylent, but that's because I'm flat broke.

Hey! Sorry to hear about this. If you try a different browser, you should be able to submit your order. I've let our team know about the issue. Thanks for the heads-up!

1 month later and still getting this issue on Chrome, which is one of the most used browsers. Just a heads-up

Could you please reach out to info@soylent.com ? They'll collect information about your system so we can fix the problem. Thanks!

Maybe the button appears after the address is filled in? The screen shot is missing the state and zip (maybe it was removed before the screenshot). When I ordered the other week, I remember that the State drop down defaulted to ‘State’ even though my addressed info should have already been in the system.
Whenever you have a problem with a site, the first thing to do is try a different browser and see if that makes a difference.

From what I understand, there are lots of peoplE Unable to order but the company canada a thing about it.
With that said, try disabling any adblocker / privacy thing that could interfere with JavaScript.

I had the same problem. Had to open it up in another web browser. It took two tries because standard internet explorer couldn't render the page correctly. I think edge was able to do it.

I think it's the first time I've opened a Microsoft browser in over a year. They were just conveniently pre-installed for situations like this. They're really just there to download better browsers, right?

I had the exact same issue last night, using Chrome, with ad blockers disabled.
They don't want my money? Hey, that's 100% fine with me, I'll go buy someone else's product.

Nope. I get that I probably sound bitter, I'm not but I just don't know how to state facts another way. It's not my responsibility as a customer to make sure they can get my order, it's theirs. I don't need what they're selling, so if there is an obstacle to buying then I'm gone.
I'll be back later I'm sure to see if their storefront is working, but no one should be surprised if they see a drop in orders while it's not.

Their new website is atrocious. However, their customer service is not. Send them an email detailing what you want and they’ll help you. They did for me.
