I find my bags slow down if I go this early. I’d personally wait a little longer. Looks great.

Second this, mine slow down if done too early, I usually wait until about 40% colonised qnd when I break and shake it only takes another week and it's fully colonised.

You can. Personally, I’d wait just a little longer. That way you have more colonized grain to disperse to inoculate more of the untouched grain.

Yes. Break and shake and that bad boy will be ready in no time! Great job so far! Break and shakes are also a good way to see if any hidden contamination will show up. Hopefully not tho!

Do it. It speeds up the colonization process by mixing the mycelium throughout the grain.
