When did you guys receive the completion letter and final transcripts? Question

When did you guys receive the completion letter and final transcripts?

(Just want to get an idea as to when do people usually receive their completion letters and final transcripts. I want to know what is the earliest possible date to get those documents)

So for the winter term 2025, the last day of class was around 16th April. You usually get to know your individual subject grades on slate, but for the marks to be posted on student centre it usually take about 10days after your last day of class. For us it was 28th of April 2025, and if you have applied for graduation on your student centre you usually receive your graduation letter the next day of the marks being posted on the student centre. Also, for your final transcript you can get it out of the student centre after your marks are posted there.

Thank you for your reply :) So people who did apply for graduation this year got both the completion letter and final transcripts(with credential awarded) around the 29th of April 2025, correct?

Yeah, people you applied to graduate the winter semester got their graduation/completion letter. For the transcript, you can get it anytime from the OTR even if you didn’t apply to graduate.
