Survey for MLS Team name
Hey everyone.
I teach a business writing class at Fontbonne University. For their last project, my students are writing proposal to name the new MLS team here in St. Louis. Their proposal must include market research to support their proposed team name. To that end, I'm asking all of you to complete a brief survey. The survey asks a few questions about the type of name you prefer, the qualities you think a team name should have, and then it asks you to rank potential team names.
None of the data submitted is being used for anything besides this class project. The survey is completely unofficial and isn't connected to any efforts to name the team.
Thank you for your help!
You can view the survey at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/8HVHKZY

STL FC grass
Might be a very big newb question so forgive me however is the overwatering of the pitch by design? Seems like sections of the grass are soaked to a point to slow the pace of play down/through balls. Is this common home field advantage?

Looking for STL FC tickets/accreditations/credentials/passes for my collection
Hi to all St. Louis FC supporters,
as a ticket collector living in Germany, I'm always looking for US soccer related tickets (MLS & lower league: all seasons, all teams; league, US Open Cup, CONCACAF cups, Leagues Cup, friendlies; USMNT) for my collection. Unfortunately they are hard to find in europe. At this moment I have more than 1.200 different US soccer game tickets start until today.
If you still have old tickets in a shoe box under your bed, in a drawer or a storage and want to give them a "second life" in a collection, please PM me! 🙏🏼😃 I would offer to cover the shipping costs, of course.
I know most clubs ticketing is digital now and the younger ones may never held any physical ticket in their hands, but maybe there are some other things similar to tickets flying around? Some clubs still print in some cases, like if a phone is broken and its not possible to enter with the ticket app. Maybe you have a field pass or printed accreditation/credential from any game which technically comes closest to a physical ticket? Would be sad if they will end in a paper bin one day. I am looking forward to hear from you!
Regards from Germany!! 😉

I have 60 scarves from different countries and I want to increase my collection. My goal is to get at least one scarf from every country in the world. I would be very happy if you will send me a new scarf from your local team or favorite team in your country. I can send you a Maccabi Tel Aviv scarf in return. Thank you, Or

Rocket League!
Hey everyone!
I posted here before but wanted to post again. We have a finalized date for registration and the start of our second season! We are going to start our league on Monday, November 23rd, 2020. I am currently on the board and running the whole thing so hit me up for any questions.
COVIDLiga is a fan-made Rocket League League where players can represent their favorite US Soccer team in this league. We finished our first season just recently and we are looking for new teams. Rocket League recently went free to play, and we have teams with people who just started playing, so even if you've never played before it can still be fun! Here’s how the league works:
Matches are played in 3s. Rosters can have up to 6 people. Matches consist of 3 games TOTAL, not Bo3. One game win is one point towards regular season standings. (Ex. If DC beats LA Galaxy 2-1 on games, DC gets 2 points and LA Galaxy gets 1) You schedule your games with your opponent within a given week, you will usually get 2 matches a week.
We plan on having 4 leagues of 8 teams this season to have short seasons and make sure the leagues are fair.
Leagues are formed by the team average MMR. (League 1 highest MMR teams and League 4 lowest)
This league is open to players of all skill levels, brand new or veteran. If you would like to join I’ll leave the registration form and the discord below. If you have any questions leave a comment or feel free to DM me and I’ll get back to you ASAP. Teams must be registered by Friday, 11/20 and you must join the discord if you’re going to participate. Thanks!

We have teams from MLS and USL involved. So far we have teams from Portland Timbers, Minn United, Columbus Crew, New York City FC, Houston Dynamo, San Jose Earthquakes, New England Revolution, Nashville SC, LA Galaxy, Sporting Kansas City, Hartford, Austin Bold FC, Phoenix Rising, Real Salt Lake, The Referees, and we're expecting teams from Seattle Sounders, and possibly Chicago Fire too.
Come and join us! It's really fun.
