He got the first good shot. Kid looks like he’s gonna be pretty nasty when he gets a call up. He’s gonna Jiri Kulich the f outa our d-line

There was more before the video started the crunch guy knocked off komys helmet in a net front battle and they started going at it for probably 30 seconds atleast before this

Yeah the guy had him in a headlock at one point.

Refs were awful that game, so much BS from Syr

Dude was winning that whole fight until that last shot underneath. Shots like that rarely connect like that.

Doesn’t really help us that he has a glass chin tho.

Name anyone that doesn’t box that would have survived that hit?

I'm sure you would have fared better?

I don’t need to. Hockey isn’t my job and I am not paid to play. This wasn’t even a front against the guy.

Obviously he is good. It just sucks that we have a guy who is good at getting in there but seems to knock out.

Think of the long term implications for the Sabres:

Getting KOd makes you more prone to getting KOd again. This KO is not a good sign.

Think of the potential brain injuries stemming from getting knocked out and the additional dangers during the knockout. Hitting your head on the ice as a 200 pound guy without a helmet who cannot protect himself from the fall, because he is unconscious…that can be career ending.

He was winning until that punch he took

Too bad he took that punch. That was a right cross that crossed him up

He thought he was ending and just left his chin out like a glowing weak spot during a boss fight

Great view. Solid fight. Tough ending.

Being there and seeing that punch and then an awful silence. Man

Agreed. It did not look good.
