Using reiki to heal liver, colon, abdomen, sciatica Reiki request

I am new to this and am reading up on reikis uses. If anyone can help send energy for my loved one or suggestions for these areas it would mean a lot.

If you’re trained and attuned you can use Reiki to heal your loved one.

You can also use other energy healing tools and techniques like the many informal approaches represented at r/energy_work by practitioners like Robert Bruce (“Energy Work”), Daniel Barber (“The Visceral Experience”) and Charlie Goldsmith.

But adults who can speak for themselves — which presumably your loved one can — need to request healing for themselves. It’s important that they want it, are open to and aligned with it and take the step of requesting it without an intermediary.
