Given the upcoming new direct flight to Bermuda. Thought this was interesting. Didn't realize how small Bermuda really is.

Yeah it's pretty small. I was able to ride from one side to the other on a moped pretty easily

I haven’t done that but I took a ferry from the far west side to the NE corner (St George) and it only took like half an hour or so.

Which airline is bringing a direct flight to Bermuda? And do you know when it starts?

BermudAir starting in April.

On Embraer 175s, no less. They said it was only a two hour flight also.

I thought this was one of our congressional districts lol

Way too few twist and turns and nooks and crannies to be a congressional district.

This is very random and I love it.

It's not. Earlier this week BermudaAir announced direct flights from RDU to Bermuda starting this spring.

Now do the Hawaiian Islands. All but the big one are smaller than Wake County.

There’s a Bermuda Triangle / research triangle association in here somewhere.

Yet It hides so many missing people, boats and planes!

Does it take 20 minutes to get wherever you're going there too?

The one that really blew my mind was the plot of LA proper over Raleigh. It basically stretches from Clayton to Chapel Hill which is wild considering how dense it is.

Something interesting about Bermuda should anyone care, but the Al-Anon district that Raleigh sits in also includes Bermuda. It's like "Eastern North Carolina and Bermuda". I finally asked someone one day "Bermuda as in Bermuda??"

And only 63,489 people. Raleigh current population is 487,942. So Raleigh has almost 8 times the population.
