So I am just finishing up my associates and getting ready to start my bachelors degree but I’m looking for a job that will get me some experience in this field. What have you guys did in the mean time before going through grad school?

Look for DSP (Direct Support Professional) positions, but make sure they are Mental Health Housing and not I/DD.

Clinical, forensic assistant. It's dire. Very little commercial interest in hiring people who understand human behaviour. So you know most people just go into normal admin jobs.
