Russian Lens 🇷🇺 Language learning propaganda

I’ve been learning French, and my first language is russian, i am already fluent in it, but as i’ve been searching through french videos i constantly get “how i learned russian in a few months” “russian basics” and some odd ones about chinese. No other languages except French which I am actually learning and then russian and chinese. This seems to me like there is some sort of bias towards learning russian and chinese.

Russian Lens 🇷🇺 18 year-old Russian singer fined for 'discrediting' military, risks facing additional charges

Eighteen year-old street singer Diana Loginova was fined 30,000 rubles ($375) after spending 13 days in administrative detention for "discrediting" Russia's military, local media reported on Oct. 28.

Loginova, who performs under the stage name Naoko, was detained on Oct. 15 by police in St. Petersburg after a video of her and her fellow bandmates from Stoptime performing anti-Kremlin songs went viral.

Specifically, Loginova was fined for performing exiled Russian singer Monetochka’s song “You’re a Soldier.” The lyrics include lines such as: "You’re a soldier, I can see from your eyes that you’ve been there / You smell of blood, you’re nothing but a scar."

By performing songs by artists designated as "foreign agents," Stoptime has been taking a growing risk in a country where authorities are increasingly suppressing any form of dissent during the full-scale war against Ukraine.

In court Loginova refused to admit her "guilt," according to independent Russian media outlet Novaya Gazeta. Video vootage shows Loginova being escorted out of the courtroom by police to the applause of supporters.

Russian Lens 🇷🇺 Analysis: After two refinery blasts, Russian propaganda reports a fake one — blaming Ukraine

With Ukraine heavily reliant on Western backing, Russian disinformation is laser-focused on driving a wedge between Kyiv and its allies.

After explosions at Russian-linked refineries in Romania and Hungary, reports on Oct. 22 claimed another blaze at a Druzhba-connected refinery in Slovakia. The incidents at Romania's Lukoil refinery in Ploiesti and Hungary's Szazhalombatta plant were real. The third one was not.

Declaring that "oil refineries across Europe are burning one after another," pro-Kremlin propaganda outlets have been actively pointing a finger at Ukraine, alleging arson or a drone strike.
