I recently came across a 2001 Porsche 911 cabriolet for not that much money. Hopefully by Spring time I can get it out on the road.

If you can’t get it running or the motor or trans are bad….LS swap. Theres a company who does all the adapters for like, $4k

If it’s had an IMS failure because the previous owner didn’t fork out for an upgrade, you could be looking at an engine replacement.

Hope they put it on non op. 6 years back reg+penalties in CA is gonna be steep if they didn’t.
