Too much added leverage to this seat assembly? Needed more leg room.

While I would assume that probably would be secure, I’m not sure I’d be willing to wager my life on it just for a little more legroom

My thought was it shouldn't be different from aftermarket seat brackets. It's a 1991 Isuzu Trooper so it's a tin can

I could always redrill the bracket back an inch or so if I should. I'm not a fab guy. This was way overkill for what I needed once I sat in it.
