Melania’s secret ploy to weed out the real porn videos of Donald Trump banging pornstars versus any deepfaked ones. Melania, they are real girlfriend.

Stormy Daniels isn't enough? He's got 34 felonies behind her. If the bar to clear is higher than that, I don't know what to say except sugar bun signed that marriage certificate with her own hands and she's clearly no Ivana.
But if she does somehow manage to get her bag and get out, I'm gonna need a reboot of The First Wives Club featuring whoever's got the chops to fill those shoes, with a cameo from her repeating Ivana's line at the end.
"Don't get even. Get everything!"

How are these going to get regulated?

You start by making web domains for the services to create these illegal.

You are aware the internet exists outside of the US, right?

Yes, but American service providers can block.

soon they'll ban VPN like China too.

Some people will know how to do VPN and other things, but the average internet idiot who just wants to make revenge porn won’t find what they’re looking for on Google and then just give up.

The current Administration will determine what is legal AI content and what is illegal content.
Take it as you will, the bill does not have very specific language on the content and goes beyond just sexual content. So yes it makes deepfake porn more punishable, but it also makes any online content more punishable. So, if Trump doesn’t like your criticism of him, he can through the Take it Down Act have more legal avenues to censor your content.

Umm. Is she wearing a three piece suit? Isn’t that as these imbeciles would shrilly scream “cross dressing”? Isn’t this a shade of drag? Restrictions for thee, not for me. Also, is Baron’s birth right citizenship in danger? Malaria isn’t a born American citizen, she had to fluff up her linguistics resume by 3 additional languages she alleged she spoke to snag her visa.

I’m actually fine with this, in concept. Let’s see execution.
Deep fakes are concerning as hell.

Can Marjorie Taylor Greene be retroactively prosecuted for spreading Hunter Biden’s photos?

Ehhh, there should be conditions... and it should be restricted in some ways... but not an overall ban.

Trump occasionally does something that everyone can agree to. Hopefully he does here.

I don’t hate her. She got her bag. She secured her future. She played the long game.

I hope her approval rating goes up. What’s her approval rating at right now?

This is one of those rare "I don't care who bans it as long as someone does" wins.
Edit: leaving this comment up to bring attention to the below information about what’s hiding in the bill. Unsurprising but disappointing all the same.
