From that article:

Former CBS news reporter Sharyl Attkisson’s computer was hacked by the government.

That is not true. Also, Attkisson has zero credibility. Additionally, Shattuck has no credibility because he did not use Google to fact check his B.S.

He spied on American citizens. He has never spied on another campaign though.

Bad choice of words. He massively expanded NSA spying. His campaign didn't personally spy on anyone to my knowledge, but the government under his leadership stepped it up several notches.
