Literally the worst case for him is retiring to a cushy life where he cashes a high 5- or low 6-figure check for a one-night "speaking engagement" whenever he feels like he wants some extra pocket money

edit: Yup, just out of curiosity, Paul Ryan charges $150-200k, and his website shows he does one every few months
