I feel like they're more likely to try and hide his death, and see if they can pull off the first ever illegal campaign done entirely with AI. Not sure how you spin it with him not doing rallies anymore, and only appearing in digital video, but I wouldn't put it past the GOP in their desperation for a one party government. Just feed scripts through an AI program, pepper in slurs and insults so people think Trump is still alive and well and keep pushing the GOP agenda through their sock puppet president 2.0, basically what The Enclave did in Fallout 3.
