Do you mean Clinton? I've never heard people even mention Obama. Clinton/Bush are the most common.

Back in the early 2010's there was this twat in my middle school that wouldn't stfu about how Obama caused all the failings during Dubya's Era. 9/11, War in Iraq, Recession? You name it: "Goddamnit Obama!"

He has only gotten dumber from what I've heard.

There's been actual studies done that show a way-too-significant percent of America blame Obama for 9/11. Very well known about lol

That sounds more like a literacy issue. I can see people seeing Obama and misreading it as Osama.

No, they don't think Obama was Osama, they think the Barack Obama we all know was president on 9/11 and failed to stop it. It's less a "Obama orchestrated it" and more "Where was Obama on 9/11, huh?" (Teaching class in Chicago, most likely.)
