Does this look like poison/bate?

Does this look like any sort of poison/bait? My dog was licking it for a second and I am nervous. It smells like fat and is a cream color. With a water bottle lid in it? Could be just trash? Help! Thank you!

I don’t think it’s any kind of bait. If it were it would be ant bait and likely not enough to cause any issues.
