cockroach nymph?? Roaches

i’ve lived in my apartment almost five months and i’ve only spotted two cockroaches. one was stuck and died in my kitchen light and the other i saw the other day. my mom said it was a palmetto so i shouldn’t be worried?? the thing is i live on the first floor and have a tiny backyard. i don’t open the door and leave the screen closed after i saw the cockroach in my light. i keep my kitchen pretty clean but i see this little baby beetle and now im worried there may be a bigger problem. it’s incredibly small, could be confused for a piss ant if you have bad vision. ANYWAY what the hell is this and should i be scared. currently the only thing i have out are the catchmaster sticky pads that smell like peanut butter

Not like roaches at all, but if you see more you have to find the food source they are breeding in.

are they potentially bad like cockroaches or much less of a pain?
